Definitions<\/h2><ul><li><strong>&#8220;Services&#8221;<\/strong> refers to the remote recruitment, executive search, contract and compliance management, interview coaching, profile optimization, global payroll, and ongoing HR support provided by Remotsify.<\/li><li><strong>&#8220;Candidate&#8221;<\/strong> refers to any individual who submits their resume, applies for an open position, or utilizes our profile optimization and interview coaching services.<\/li><li><strong>&#8220;Client&#8221;<\/strong> refers to partner companies or businesses that engage Remotsify to recruit talent, manage payroll, or provide HR solutions.<\/li><li><strong>&#8220;User&#8221;<\/strong> refers to any visitor to the Site, including both Candidates and Clients.<\/li><\/ul><h2>2. Eligibility and Registration<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Age Requirement:<\/strong> You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or submit an application.<\/li><li><strong>Account Accuracy:<\/strong> When applying for a role or registering as a Client, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Candidates must ensure that their resumes, portfolios, and employment history are completely truthful.<\/li><li><strong>Account Security:<\/strong> You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you and for all activities that occur under your account.<\/li><\/ul><h2>3. Services for Candidates<\/h2><ul><li><strong>No Guarantee of Employment:<\/strong> While Remotsify evaluates professionals and connects them with global companies, submitting a resume or completing our evaluation process does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or offers of employment.<\/li><li><strong>Background Checks:<\/strong> By submitting an application, Candidates acknowledge that Remotsify or our partner Clients may conduct reference checks, background checks, and verification of qualifications.<\/li><li><strong>Free Service for Candidates:<\/strong> Our core job placement services are generally free for Candidates. Any premium services (like advanced profile optimization or coaching) will be clearly outlined with their respective fees before you agree to them.<\/li><\/ul><h2>4. Services for Clients (Employers)<\/h2><ul><li><strong>Service Agreements:<\/strong> Corporate Clients engaging Remotsify for talent recruitment, executive search, or payroll services will be required to sign a separate, detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). In the event of a conflict between these Site Terms and the MSA, the MSA will prevail.<\/li><li><strong>Hiring Decisions:<\/strong> Remotsify presents qualified candidates, but the final hiring decision and employment contract rest entirely with the Client. Remotsify is not a co-employer unless explicitly stated under a specialized global payroll or Employer of Record (EOR) contract.<\/li><\/ul><h2>5. Acceptable Use of the Site<\/h2><p>Users agree <strong>not<\/strong> to:<\/p><ul><li>Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.<\/li><li>Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information (including fake job postings or forged resumes).<\/li><li>Attempt to bypass or breach any security mechanisms on the Site.<\/li><li>Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data, job postings, or user information from the Site.<\/li><li>Upload any code, viruses, or malware that may disrupt the functionality of the Site.<\/li><\/ul><h2>6. Intellectual Property Rights<\/h2><p>All content on the Remotsify website\u2014including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and videos\u2014is the property of Remotsify or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Remotsify makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the Site.<\/li><li><strong>Third-Party Links:<\/strong> Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social media profiles like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
